WoodRiver Pro HVLP Spray Guns Needle Kit 2 mm

The WoodRiver® Pro HVLP Spray Gun comes with a 1.4 mm (0.055″) diameter needle and fluid tip ideal for use with base coats, clear coats, single stage, primers, and other light to medium and some heavier viscosity coating materials. However, WoodRiver also offers a 2.0 mm (0.078″) diameter needle and fluid tip that is the most versatile and can be used with a wide range of paints.

In general, larger diameter needles and fluid tips are ideal for higher-viscosity materials since they allow for spraying thicker materials where the quality of the finish is not paramount. In contrast, smaller needles are more suitable for lower-viscosity materials, ensuring a higher-quality finish.
